It will take no more then 5 minutes, it's a very short game with a disturbing background story.
There are 2 endings.

Quite eerie. The lack of music was a good choice in my opinion and the sound effects were fitting as well. It is very short, as you have mentioned, but if this was expanded upon, it could be a great horror-puzzle game!
